  • Two (2) private Foundations classes on your schedule.

    Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Confederation is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques and terminology before participating in regular classes. These are our Foundations classes.

    As you work through the sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Attendance is mandatory, and we will work with your schedule.
